I am available to conduct on-site field verifications, including comprehensive measuring and photographic documentation of existing conditions. This data will be used to develop highly accurate 2D construction drawings and 3D digital models tailored to your project requirements or for your records. Fee is negotiated per scope of work, schedule and investment expectations.
2D Drafting/ 3D Modeling
I offer full-service Construction Administration, providing seamless project oversight from the field to the office. I am available to manage everything from attending construction meetings and publishing detailed minutes, to tracking construction progress, reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs. Fee is negotiated per scope of work, schedule and project budget.
Construction Administration
From initial concept to realistic visualization: I am offering both 2D and custom 3D design options complete with immersive video walkthroughs. Construction drawings for permit are offered along with a third party licensed reviewer if required for a premium fee.
